MUTTON

Mutton is meat from sheep who are three years or older. Our Mutton consists of all breeds from our Stratified Breeding Program and will be listed as such so that you are able to acquire the level of Mutton that is best suited to your needs.
Our Black Welsh Mountain sheep produce some of the finer meats available, the older they are. Once known as the "King's Mutton," even most "prime lamb" cannot compare in overall quality. All Lamb, Hogget, and Mutton are Cryovaced and Flash Frozen to retain optimal freshness and quality.
